HOW LONG HAVE YOU BEEN IN BUSINESS?

HOW CAN I PREPARE MY HOUSE FOR MY REPLACEMENT WINDOWS?
Please take down curtains, blinds, or any other window treatments. Security sensors should also be removed and turned off by your security company. Please provide our installation expert with a clear path to the window(s) being replaced by moving anything that may be in the way. Please also make sure outdoor furniture and decorations close to the windows be removed to a safe distance. It is also advisable to remove all wall decorations from the walls close to the windows as they may fall during removal or installation.
WHAT TYPES OF PAYMENT METHODS & FINANCING DO YOU OFFER?
We accept cash, check, Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover. Short and long term financing is available. Please contact us for more information regarding available options.
WILL THE REPLACEMENT WINDOWS BE INSTALLED FROM THE INSIDE OR OUTSIDE?
The majority of our replacement windows are installed from the inside. In some situations it may be necessary to install from the outside. Typically there will always be some interior finishing work to complete your install.
DO YOU INSTALL REPLACEMENT WINDOWS YEAR-ROUND? IF SO, WILL I LOSE A LOT OF HEAT/COOLING AT THE TIME OF INSTALLATION?
We install replacement windows year-round. Installation typically will take only one day. Our crews install one window at a time and are trained to do what they can to minimize heating/cooling loss.
WHAT IS MY EXPECTED INSTALLATION TIME?
All of our windows are custom made. The time between when your order is placed and when the windows are ready to be installed, though not guaranteed is 3-4, weeks. When your order is confirmed delivered, we will then call you to set up your installation date within that week or following week.
WHAT TYPE OF WARRANTY IS AVAILABLE FOR MY WINDOWS?
Lifetime warranty on all parts which includes glass breakage.
WHAT HAPPENS TO MY OLD WINDOWS?
After installing your new replacement windows we remove all old windows from your property and dispose of them properly. If you wish to keep your old windows or storm windows, please notify your installer when setting up your installation date.
WHAT DO I DO IF THERE IS A PROBLEM WITH THE WINDOWS?
Any issues with your windows are easily corrected and don’t necessarily mean that there is a problem with your window. Please call into the office if the help videos do not answer your problem.
