Kevin Goldberg
Has been in Sales since he was 19 unless you count the time he was selling gumballs for a nickel a piece in third grade after realizing the profit he could make if he bought a sams club size container. He began with the window business under his father in 1998 and from there he helped lay down the network of thousands of customers in Ohio, Pennsylvania and West Virginia, running most of the estimates along with just his father. He has been the owner since 2009 when Dave, his father “retired”. Kevin’s success at sales comes because he is totally honest and up front with each and every customer and treats them like family and close friends. He is not out to get into customers pockets and the customer in turn feels comfortable in his trustworthiness. Kevin, when not running the business along with his wife, enjoys being outdoors, musky fishing, any chance he can get.
Rena Goldberg
Has been with the family business since 2010. She and Kevin were married in 2010 and she knew she had to join up with her husband to maintain Kevin’s sanity. Rena has been able to bring the family business to the future by implementing present day tactics in the digital world. She is the friendly knowledgeable voice you’ll first hear when contacting Quality Windows. When she isn’t on the phone and in the office she is an avid reader, gardener, golfer and also travels with her hubby Kevin to musky fish around the States and Canada. She is a devoted fur mother to Trudi, the 100 pound needy, sweet as honey, rottweiler lap dog.
David Goldberg “Hooch”
Began in sales when he was just a young boy selling flowers and cherries to neighbors he picked in their backyards. He is a former Marine. He began in sales locally with his family produce business then struck out on his own and sold windows for another window company. He enjoyed the window business and began his own in 1998 and asked his son Kevin to join him. They built the business with a shake of the hand in true gentleman fashion. He was owner 1998-2008 when he decided he needed to “retire”. He wanted to switch the roles with his son Kevin and just be on the road. So for 12 years he has been able to relax and enjoy the customers he saw on the road. Anyone who has had Dave at their house knows at some point they may have forgotten he was there to sell them windows. He enjoys talking about gardening and cars the most and if there is a dog there he has probably given them a treat from his pocket. David is now fully retired at the young age of 84.
Troy Goldberg
Troy joined the family business in 2008. Troy is the cool, calm, collected Goldberg of the bunch. His sales tactic is modeled after his brother and father in many ways but he has found his own way through the years. Troy is relaxed and the least high pressure salesman you’ll ever meet. He truly wants you to take the time to make the decision and not be pressured. Troy and Jaimie have the littlest Goldberg, Max, who likes to visit the office with his mom when his dad is on the road. Troy has an eccentric side business of breeding and keeping exotic frogs.
Jaime Madeline
Jaimie just joined this zoo crew in 2019. She and Troy had Max in March 2019 and she decided she wanted to go back to work part time to be able to stay at home with Max. Quality Windows was able to provide that work environment for her. She is the friendly voice telling you your windows are in and also follows up after the installation. Jaimie enjoys warm days in the sun and crafting gorgeous hand painted vases and creating phenomenal digital design in her non-existent spare time from being an amazing mom.
Bob Essad
Bob has been a family friend since going to high school with Kevin and Troy. He brings over 20 years of sales experience in the window and contracting industry. Bob has been with QW since 2014 and thoroughly enjoys the change from high pressure sales he has had to use before, to the relaxed, no pressure wholesome atmosphere of Quality Windows. Bob brings his knowledge and experience to each and every customer and gives them a personalized experience like no other. He is our go to guy for specialized jobs of geometric and cut in windows. Bob has a gorgeous daughter and a video game playing genius son. Bob enjoys four wheeling, fishing and gaming in his spare time with his family and friends.
Adam Andresky
Adam has been a close friend of the family for 20 years. He is the newest member of this team with 2020 being his first year with this crew. Adam is from the Pittsburgh area and has been in and around Sales since 1996. He married his wife Danielle in 2003 and has an awesome, witty, wise beyond her years daughter that keeps him on his toes. Adam is excited to join this family business and be able to enjoy the side of sales most important to him, a personal unpressured connection with customers that Quality Windows is able to provide. He feels with Quality Windows he will be able to concentrate on making a home project easy and simple for the homeowner. Adam is an avid musky fisherman and has been fishing partners with his father for his fishing life. He gets on the water any time he can but always finds time to enjoy an awesome dance recital too.
Nicole Schilling
Nicole is the knowledgeable friendly voice answering your call if you don’t hear Rena’s voice. She is setting leads and taking names. She works part time answering and forwarding the business calls and helps keep Rena sane and functioning. Nicole runs the QW Facebook page and is also a RID certified ASL interpreter. So yes, she is pretty awesome. She is a phenomenal forager and canner and is definitely the one with the knowledge to survive if the apocalypse comes. While off the phone she is usually found outside enjoying mother nature. She is great at fishing for anything out of her kayak and hunting musky in the local area and Canada. She is married to a pretty cool guy and has an amazing, genius daughter and super awesome son.
